This is a highly customized
home.    There are 2 master
suites, each with king beds & their
own access to the patio. Every
bedroom has its own private bath.
There is also a powder room off
the hall.    There are two
bedrooms with queen sized beds,
& a huge 5th bedroom with 3
queens sized beds and its own
private bath. There is a 3 car
garage that is available to our
guests. The kitchen has brand
new stainless steel appliances.
There is a gas BBQ on the large
patio.   Ocean views from the
main level and there is a second
terrace on the upper margarita
deck with awesome ocean views.
The beach access is directly in
front of the house.
