Long Description
Abuelita, approx. 3300 sq. ft., has
4 bedrooms consisting of a
master bedroom upstairs with a
king and 3 bedrooms on the
beach level, which is like a
separate casa.
The beach level master is huge
and has a king, a twin and room
for an air mattress.
The 2nd and 3rd beach level
bedrooms are smaller, one with a
king and the other with 2 twins.
The lower level also has a
kitchenette/sitting room . The
main upper level has a kitchen
fully stocked with dishes , pans,
fridge, microwave, oven stove
blender, toaster and coffee maker.
There is wireless internet and use
of the telephone for local phone
calls. There's also a boat room
with 2 kayaks which can be used
for an additional fee of $50 per
visit plus we need a hold
harmless waiver addendum
signed with the rental agreement.
There is a propane barbecue on
the patio and a nice wood burning
fireplace/chiminea.. Inside the
main living room there is a gas
fireplace. Towels are provided as
well as all bed linens.
There is a garage but he owners
have reserved it for their personal
use. There is sufficient parking in
front of the house on the street
and Las Conchas is a gated
community with security guards.
Las Conchas is the safest
community in all of Rocky Point.
